"No. I always weed my plants this time of night." She replied waspishly, getting up and dusting off her hands. "The dirt is much easier to work with at 2AM."
"I found it on the garage floor." Pete explained as he stepped closer, his eyes wandering leisurely over her nightie again. "It must've fallen when you bumped your hand."
She took the proffered key, allowing herself the brief pleasure of brushing her fingers over his warm, calloused hand. "I don't suppose you found my dignity lying there next to it." Gina asked dryly.
